Abstrakt
Komunikacja jest to kompetencja społeczna. Posiadanie tej umiejętności staje się
niezbędne do wywierania pożądanego wpływu na innych ludzi w różnych sytuacjach
społecznych. Na komunikację międzyludzką składa się nie tylko przekaz werbalny, ale
również przekaz niewerbalny. Wykorzystując wiedzę dotyczącą komunikacji
interpersonalnej, kierownicy powinni konstruować indywidualne wzorce komunikowania się
z pracownikami. W takim modelu określa się cele, realizuje wyuczone techniki, analizuje
konsekwencje swojego działania oraz podejmuje postępowanie korekcyjne. Kierowanie
zespołem ludzkim wymaga od kierownika umiejętności interpersonalnych, bowiem polega
nie tylko na egzekwowaniu wykonywania poleceń, ale również na zrozumieniu i postrzeganiu
podwładnych jako równych sobie ludzi. Z drugiej strony chęć zrozumienia innych nie może
przesłonić zadań, jakie kierownik ma do spełnienia.
Celem pracy jest przedstawienie wzorów komunikacji interpersonalnej jak również
znalezienie optymalnego stylu kierowania w firmie.
Communication is the social competence the possession of which is necessary to exert desirable influence on other people in different social situations. Interpersonal communication not only comprises verbal contact but also nonverbal communicating. Making use of the knowledge concerning interpersonal communication manager should develop individual patterns of communicating with their employer. Such a pattern specifies goals, makes use of mastered techniques, analyses consequences of dentists’ actions and delineates proper correction measures. Managing a team of employees requires good people skills of a manager. It means not only enforcing the fulfillment of employees’ obligations, but it also requires that a manager is able to understand his/her subordinates as equals. On the other hand, however, the need to show understanding should not overshadow the tasks that are the manager’s responsibility. The goal of presented work is to show different models of interpersonal communication as well as to finding the optimal management style.
