Autorka podjęła temat strategii perswazyjnych stosowanych w negocjacjach rynkowych.
The author focused on the topic of strategies of persuasion used in market negotiations. The most efficiently performing persuasion results in changes of social unit’s views and behaviours, but on the other hand it is not the necessary variable in reaching the perlocutionary effect, that is, the result caused by a given speech act. The conducted research aimed at identifying the opinion about strategies of persuasion in negotiations within the environment of the academic community; its representatives, who due the studied faculty obtained the theoretical and practices bases in terms of exerting influence on people. The raised hypotheses were verified by a diagnostic opinion poll and the questionnaire technique. The goal of the thesis was to indicate values of persuasion strategies used by students, which naturally have their application in other social groups as well. The practical objective was to determine and present statements and tips, which are useful for even more pragmatic negotiation activity in market matters, regardless of the scope, in which the interaction takes place. Therefore, the author proposed a critical reflection on strategies of persuasion included in trade negotiations demonstrated in the Program on Negotiation at Harvard. Camp’s system was included in the classic negotiation process, a system which despite the apparent confrontation in relation to other negotiation styles enables complementary, and most of all, efficiency-oriented activity of the negotiator. Finally, strategies of negotiation were classified according to the efficiency criterion instead of academic trends, in which they have their sources.
