Zachowania agresywne a niepokój u młodzieży

Abstract

Agresja jest zjawiskiem narastającym we współczesnym świecie. Badacze starają się znaleźć odpowiedź na pytanie, jaka jest geneza zachowań agresywnych. Wielu z nich łączy występowanie agresji wraz z odczuwaniem niepokoju. W związku z tym, celem mojej pracy było znalezienie odpowiedzi na pytanie: Czy i na ile istnieje współzależność pomiędzy poziomem niepokoju jako cechy a poziomem agresji wśród młodzieży gimnazjalnej? W celach badawczych sformułowałam następujące hipotezy: H1: Osoby o wysokim poziomie niepokoju uzyskują wysoki poziom zachowań agresywnych. H2: Osoby o niskim poziomie niepokoju ujawniają istotnie wyższą gotowość do zachowań agresywnych. Badania zostały przeprowadzone na grupie 120 gimnazjalistów (71 dziewcząt i 49 chłopców) w wieku od 13 do 16 r.ż. W badaniach zastosowałam następujące metody: Kwestionariusz „Nastroje i Humory” do badania agresji A. Buss i A. Durkee, Inwentarz gotowości do agresji interpersonalnej A. Frączka oraz Arkusz Samopoznania R. B. Cattella. Uzyskane wyniki badań potwierdziły tylko pierwszą, postawioną przeze mnie hipotezę.

Aggression is a growing phenomenon in modern days. Researchers try to seek out the origin of aggressive behavior. Many of them combine aggression with the feeling of anxiety. Therefore, the purpose of my paper was to find out the answer to the following question: „Whether there is and how strong a interdependence between the level of anxiety and the level of aggression among middle school students?” To pursue my research objective I created the following hypotheses: H1: Persons with a high level of anxiety obtain a higher level of aggression. H2: Persons with a low level of anxiety display a considerably higher level of readiness towards acts of aggression. Studies were performed on a group of 120 middle school students (71 girls and 49 boys) between ages of 13 and 16. I've used the following methods for my research: „Buss – Durkee Hostiliy Inventory” of A. Buss and A. Durkee, „Interpersonal Aggression Readiness” of A. Frączek and „IPAT Anxiety Scale” of R. B. Cattell. Research results proved only my first hypothesis.
