Analiza nakładów na wykonanie poszczególnych stropów w trzech technologiach

Abstract

W pracy scharakteryzowano stropy, jako jedne z najważniejszych elementów konstrukcyjnych budynku. Przedstawiono etapy wykonania różnych technologii. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono trzem wariantom rozwiązania, tj.: strop monolityczny, Ackerman i filigran. Celem pracy było pokazanie różnic w ponoszonych kosztach: materiałowych, pracy sprzętu i robocizny, przy ich realizacji, a także wskazanie stropu przynoszącego największy zysk. Analiza zawarta w pracy była przeprowadzona na podstawie własnych doświadczeń zawodowych w tej branży, programu do kosztorysowania, a także literatury tematycznej. Przeprowadzona analiza daje nam informacje jakie koszty należy ponieść przy wykonaniu poszczególnych technologii.

The study characterized ceilings, as one of the most important structural elements of the building. Shows the steps to accomplish a variety of technologies. Particular attention was paid to the three variants of solutions, ie monolithic slab, Ackerman and filigree. The aim of this study was to show the difference in the incurred costs: materials, equipment and labor work, in their implementation, and an indication of the floor deriving the greatest profit. The analysis in this study was carried out on the basis of their professional experience in the industry, program costing, as well as a thematic literature. The analysis gives us information about the costs to be incurred in the implementation of various technologies.
