Opisuje jakie korzyści wynikają dla przedsiębiorców, w wyniku korzystania z tej formy finansowania działalności. Jest próbą oceny funkcjonowania leasingu w Polsce. Opisuje i charakteryzuje źródła finansowania przedsiębiorstw wewnętrzne oraz zewnętrzne ze szczególnym wskazaniem na leasing i jego historię oraz funkcjonowanie w Polsce.
