Reengineering jako narzędzie reorganizacji funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa na przykładzie firmy Anmart Spółka Jawna

Abstract

Głównym tematem pracy jest zastosowanie reengineeringu jako narzędzia służącego do reorganizacji funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa. Opracowanie to przedstawia bieżącą sytuację organizacyjną firmy Anmart Spółka Jawna w Nowym Sączu. Zagadnienie opracowano w oparciu o dane udostępnione przez kierownictwo firmy Anmart oraz własne doświadczenie autora. Wdrożenie koncepcji i narzędzi reengineeringu w firmie Anmart Spółka Jawna pozwoli na uzyskanie wymiernych korzyści. Dzięki zmienionej strukturze organizacyjnej nastąpi poprawa w sferze zarządzania firmą, skróceniu ulegnie proces decyzyjny oraz poprawi się poziom komunikacji z klientem. The main topic of the paper is the use of reengineering as a tool for reorganizing the company activities. This analysis presents the current organizational situation of Anmart, general partnership, in Nowy Sącz. The issue was analyzed on the basis of data made available by the management of the company and author’s own experience. The implementation of the concept and tools of reengineering in Anmart, general partnership will bring measurable benefits. Thanks to the changed organizational structure there will be an improvement in company management, the decision process will be shortened and the quality of communication with customers will improve as well. Through the activities aiming at changing main processes in Anmart the time needed for completing orders will be shortened. The application of an IT system will bring significant savings in management of materials, it will lead to reducing stocks and more rational purchasing policy. Also the reorganization of the way the quality control system works will demonstrate in smaller losses connected with improperly produced elements and will generate material savings. This is a good prediction for building and strengthening a good competitive position of the company.
