Inteligencja emocjonalna a struktura osobowości wśród studentów

Abstract

Inteligencja emocjonalna staje się przedmiotem coraz większego zainteresowania wśród badaczy. W związku z czym postanowiłam podjąć ten problem w mojej pracy magisterskiej. Współczesne kierunki analizy psychologicznego podejścia do problematyki inteligencji emocjonalnej oraz podejmowane empiryczne badania w tej dziedzinie prezentuję w rozdziale pierwszym, który stanowi teoretyczne podstawy zrealizowanego przeze mnie projektu badawczego. W części badawczej pracy poszukuję odpowiedzi na pytanie: czy i na ile wysoki poziom inteligencji emocjonalnej warunkuje nasilenie orientacji na aktualizację siebie poprzez synergiczne współdziałanie z innymi? Podstawę do udzielenia odpowiedzi na to pytanie stanowi poziom pozytywnej weryfikacji następujących trzech hipotez badawczych: (H1) Poziom inteligencji emocjonalnej jest współzmienny z pozytywnym biegunem orientacji osobowości w wymiarze współdziałanie – zabezpieczanie siebie; (H2) Osoby o wysokim wyniku inteligencji emocjonalnej uzyskują istotnie wyższe wskaźniki w skalach synergicznej aktualizacji siebie; (3) Osoby o niskim wyniku inteligencji emocjonalnej uzyskują istotnie wyższe wskaźniki w skalach rywalizacji i zabezpieczania się. W badaniu wzięło udział 120 studentów (M=60, K=60). W badaniach tych wykorzystano dwa kwestionariusze psychologiczne: N.S. Schutte i in. Kwestionariusz Inteligencji Emocjonalnej (INTE) oraz Z. Uchnasta Kwestionariusz Stylów Działania (KSD). Uzyskane wyniki z badań potwierdziły trafność przyjętych hipotez badawczych.

The emotional intelligence becomes an object every now and again the greater interest among researchers. In connection with what I decided to undertake this problem in my master's thesis. contemporary directions of the analysis of the psychological approach to problems of the emotional intelligence and undertaken empirical investigations in this field I present in the first chapter which constitutes theoretic of undertaken in my research project. Partly the exploratory work I seek the answer to a question: how far does the high level of the emotional intelligence condition the intensity of the orientation on the self-actualization across the synergetic cooperation with others? The base to the grant of the answer to this question constitutes the level of the positive verification following of three exploratory hypotheses: (H1) The level of the emotional intelligence is covariant with the positive pole of the orientation of the personality in the dimension: cooperation - self-defense; (H2) Persons about the high result of the emotional intelligence obtain substantially higher indicators in scales of the synergetic self-actualization; (3) Persons about the low result of the emotional intelligence obtain substantially higher indicators in scales of the rivalry and the self-defense. Under examination took part 120 students (M=60, F=60). In this research I used two psychological questionnaires: N.S. Schutte and al. the Questionnaire of the Emotional Intelligence (INTE), and Z. Uchnast the Questionnaire of Styles of the Action (KSD). Obtained results from research confirmed the accurateness of accepted exploratory hypotheses.
