Uwarunkowania rozwoju Aeroklubu Podhalańskiego w Łososinie Dolnej

Abstract

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie oraz próba analizy możliwości potencjalnego rozwoju Aeroklubu Podhalańskiego w Łososinie Dolnej. Stowarzyszenie to jest małą organizacją, która poprzez bieżące działania dąży do utrzymania rentowności. Podstawowymi zadaniami aeroklubu jest organizacja szkoleń pilotażu oraz akrobacji i nawigacji. Do zbadania osiągnięcia zamierzonego celu użyto pięcioetapowego modelu stopniowego rozwoju organizacji Churchilla i Lewis oraz diagnozy potencjału wzrostowego organizacji z grupy: Przedsiębiorca – Organizacja – Strategia (kombinacja POS). Niniejsze modele oparłam na cyklu życia organizacji. Do metod badawczych należały analiza literatury przedmiotu i źródeł wtórnych, wywiad bezpośredni częściowo ustrukturyzowany oraz obserwacje osobiste. Zweryfikowano cztery hipotezy badawcze. W wyniku badań stwierdzono, że 1) lokalizacja Aeroklubu Podhalańskiego jest trafną inwestycją, tj. brak innego lotnictwa na terenie powiatu nowosądeckiego – nisza; 2) nie dla wszystkich licencja pilota, tj. jest to zainteresowanie kosztowne, wymagające sporego wysiłku i wolnego czasu; 3) pozytywny wpływ na rozwój Małopolski oraz gminy Łososina Dolna, tj. Łososina Dolna jako wieś średniej wielkości szczyci się posiadaniem na swoim terenie lotniska, na którym organizowane są imprezy kulturowe szeroko rozpowszechnione, które ściągają dużą liczbę turystów; 4) analizowane stowarzyszenie jest w stanie utrzymać się na rynku, tj. występuje status quo, aeroklub wykorzystuje pojawiające się szanse takie jak wygrane przetargi zrzutu szczepionek, sprzyja również rozwój szkolnictwa lotniczego.

The aim of the thesis is presentation and attempt to analyze the potential development of the Tatra Air Club in Łososina Dolna. This association is a small organization, which through ongoing work aims to maintain profitability. The main tasks of the Air Club is the organization of pilot trainings, aerobatics and navigation. To investigate achieve was used the five-step model progressive development of the organization of Churchill and Lewis and diagnosis of the growth potential of the organization of the group: Contractor - Organization - Strategy (POS combination). These models relied on the life cycle of the organization. Research methods included analysis of literature and secondary sources, partially structured direct interview and personal observation. It verified five research hypotheses. The results showed that 1) the location of the Tatra Air Club is a worthwhile investment, i.e. no other aviation in the district Nowy Sącz - niche, 2) the pilot’s licence is not for all i.e. this is expensive interest, requiring significant effort and free time, 3) positive impact on the development of the Małopolska and community Łososina Dolna, i.e. Łososina Dolna as medium-sized village pride oneself in having the airport in its territory where cultural events are organized widespread that attract large numbers of tourists 4) analyzed association is able to stay on the market, i.e. there is status quo, air club uses the emerging opportunities such as won tenders dump vaccines, what promotes the development of aviation education.
