Przedmiotem badań uczyniono komunikację interpersonalną w kontaktach recepcjonistki z
pacjentem. Poniższa praca to próba odpowiedzi na następujące pytanie: Jaka jest rola
komunikacji interpersonalnej w budowaniu pozytywnych relacji pomiędzy recepcjonistką a
pacjentem? Badanie właściwe zostało przeprowadzone w 6 Poradniach powiatu gorlickiego w
kwietniu i maju 2012 roku. Jako metodę badań zastosowano: sondaż diagnostyczny, jako
technikę: kwestionariusz ankiety. Analizowano próbę składającą się z 30 ankiet,
wypełnionych przez 30 recepcjonistek. Z badań wynika, że umiejętności z zakresu
komunikacji interpersonalnej są niezbędne w budowaniu pozytywnych relacji pomiędzy
recepcjonistką a pacjentem. Badania potwierdziły hipotezę ogólną. Badana populacja w
większości posiada podstawową wiedzę z zakresu komunikacji interpersonalnej, jednak
wiedza ta wymaga dalszego szkolenia w tej kwestii. Są wśród badanych kobiety, które
przyznały, że z wyjątkowo „trudnym pacjentem” mają problem z komunikacją. Analiza
Ponadto, wyniki
powyższych badań mogą być wykorzystane w stworzeniu programu edukacyjnego.

knowledge in the field of the interpersonal communication, however it requires to be further
trained. There are a few among examined women who have admitted that they have trouble
communicating with exceptionally "difficult patient". Analysis of the results was carried out
proving that research should be broadened to agreater scale while conclusions should help to
improve the quality of the interpersonal communication on the premises of institutions in
which the research was conducted. Moreover, the findings can be used in creating educational
programmes.
