Abstrakt
The main purpose of the thesis is presenting the way of opening a new business on the basis of a coffee house “Black Cat”. Business plan as a necessary tool for staring up a business is described as well as marketing plan of “Black Cat”. It consists of the executive summary, company and product profile, customers and competitors description, SWAT analysis, operational planning and organizational structure. It is the body of the whole business plan, as it shows how the business will look like. It contains tables of financial forecasts, cost estimates, operating expenses and profit and loses account. The conclusion shows performance review and the inference of the thesis. It concludes how the Black Cat will operate and shows the factors confirming the profitability of the business.
