dc.description.abstract	The article contains an analysis of methods of organization in municipal services in the years 2007-2011 within the sphere of public utility services in Poland. It consists of two parts. The first chapter describes methods of organization in municipal services and their evolution in transition. In this part, the author also points out the main issues and dilemmas related to methods of organization of public utilities. The second chapter contains an analysis of methods of organization in municipal services in selected industries and their impact on the provision of municipal services.	pl
