dc.description.abstract	An attempt to determine the dimensions and criteria of efficiency evaluation in non-governmental organizations is made in the article. The specific character and key success factors in non-governmental organizations are discussed there as well. In the further the dimensions of effectiveness from the perspective of non-governmental organizations are characterized. An attempt to define the criteria of non-governmental organizations effectiveness evaluation is made in the end of the paper.	pl
