Suszenie Tarnoformu i jego wpływ na jakość granulatu

Abstract

Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie roli procesu suszenia i jego wpływ na końcową jakość produktu. W pierwszym rozdziale opisano proces suszenia oraz zaburzenia występujące w jego trakcie. W drugim rozdziale opisano teoretyczne podstawy analizy energetycznej oraz sposób obliczania sprawności energetycznej. W trzecim rozdziale zdefiniowano pojęcie egzergii oraz wyjaśniono prawa nią rządzące, tj. prawo znikania egzergii. Czwarty rozdział poświęcony jest przedstawieniu procesu produkcji Tarnoformu, z uwzględnieniem procesu polimeryzacji i granulacji oraz węzłów suszenia. W ostatniej części, praktycznej, przedstawiono metodykę przeprowadzenia pomiarów, ich opis oraz uzyskane wyniki i podsumowano je.

The aim of this paper is to present the role of the drying process and its impact on the final quality of the product.
