Ochrona żywnościowych produktów tradycyjnych na terenie Sądecczyzny

Abstract

Żywnościowe produkty tradycyjne wiążą się z długoletnim dziedzictwem, które stanowi o ich wyjątkowych wartościach smakowych oraz wysokiej jakości. Tradycja kulinarna stanowi dorobek kulturalny mieszkańców danego regionu. Nad prawidłowym obiegiem informacji oraz stosowaniem się do regulacji prawnych odnośnie produktów tradycyjnych na poziomie kraju opiekę sprawuje Ministerstwo Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Wsi. Dodatkowe regulacje dają działania Unii Europejskiej. W niniejszej pracy zbadano jak mieszkańcy Sądecczyzny postrzegają produkty tradycyjne regionu, które znają i jak oceniają ich korelację z branżą turystyczną. Narzędzie badawcze jakie zostało użyte w pracy to ankieta. Uzyskane wyniki badań pozwoliły na weryfikację hipotez badawczych. Mieszkańcy Ziemi Sądeckiej dobrze znajdą produkty tradycyjne, większość z ankietowanych często je spożywa. Mieszkańcy Sądecczyzny zgodnie twierdzą, że odpowiednia promocja produktów tradycyjnych przyczyni się do wzrostu popytu na usługi i produkty turystyczne.

Traditional nutritional products are connected with a long-term heritage, which constitute about their exceptional taste values and quality. The culinary tradition is the cultural legacy of the inhabitants of the given region. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development performs the protection of the proper circulation of informations, and following the regulations in the traditional products at the national level. The European Union actions give some more additional regulations. In this thesis, it was tested how the inhabitants of 'Sądeczczyzna' perceives the traditional products of their region, which they know well, and how they rate their correlation with the tourist industry. The survey is a research instrument that has been used in this work. The obtained results allowed us to verify the research hypotheses. The inhabitants of 'Ziemia Sądecka' well know their traditional products, and whats more, most of the respondents often eats them. Inhabitants of 'Sądeczczyzna' agree with each other, and think, that the adequate promotion of the traditional products will contribute to an increase the demand of the tourists services and products.
