Abstrakt
Podjęte w pracy zagadnienie „Rozwój przedsiębiorczości” jest niezwykle ważnym, gdyż stanowi kluczowy element warunkujący rozwój gospodarczy regionu oraz bezpośrednio wpływa na podniesienie standardu życia społeczeństwa objawiające się wzrostem zamożności mieszkańców, możliwością rozwoju zawodowego czy dostępem do wysokiej jakości usług publicznych. Dodatkowo rozwój przedsiębiorczości, poprzez wzrost aktywności zawodowej obywateli przyczynia się do ograniczenia bezrobocia i przeciwdziała wielu problemom społecznym.
Celem niniejszej pracy jest ocena rozwoju gospodarczego gminy Tuchów w latach 2007-2013, na tle województwa małopolskiego i Polski. Ten cel zrealizowano poprzez analizę działań gospodarczych podejmowanych na terenie gminy oraz warunków, w jakich były one prowadzone. Ponadto ukazano w pracy rolę, jaką pełnią samorządy terytorialne w rozwoju przedsiębiorczości na swoim terenie.
W pracy poddano weryfikacji hipotezę, iż działania gminy znacząco wpływają na poprawę warunków do podjęcia i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej. Dodatkowo założono, że liczba lokalnych inicjatyw gospodarczych systematycznie wzrasta, co przyczynia się do ograniczenia bezrobocia w gminie.
Analiza działań gospodarczych na terenie gminy Tuchów wskazuje, że poziom rozwoju gospodarczego gminy znacznie odbiega od poziomu osiągniętego przez województwo i kraj. Dotyczy to zarówno różnych form działalności rolniczej, jak i pozarolniczej działalności gospodarczej. Ponadto stwierdzono, iż rozwój przedsiębiorczości na terenie gminy wymaga zaangażowania nie tylko samych przedsiębiorców, ale w dużej mierze zależy od ich partnerskiej współpracy z przedstawicielami samorządów lokalnych. Zauważono także, że wzrost liczby przedsiębiorstw, w krótkim okresie czasu nie przyczynia się znacząco do poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy.
The issue "Development of entrepreneurship”, raised in the thesis, is extremely important because it is a key part forming the economic development of the region and directly affects the improvement of living standards of society. Development of entrepreneurship additionally contributes to reducing of unemployment and prevents many social problems by means of higher rate of professional activities undertaken by citizens . The main aim of this work is assessment of the economic development of the community Tuchow in the years 2007-2013, against the province of Malopolska and Poland. The aim has been achieved with help of analysis of economic activities undertaken within the community and by showing the conditions in which they were conducted. Except for that there was the role depicted played by the local governments in the development of entrepreneurship in their area. During the research studies the hypothesis was subjected to verification, if the activities undertaken by the community have a significant impact on the improvement of the conditions to take up and run business. Additionally it assumed that the number of local economic initiatives would be steadily increase, which in turn contributes to the reduction of unemployment in the community. The analysis of economic activities in the community Tuchow indicates that the level of its economic development is far from the level reached by the state and country. This applies both to the various forms of agricultural activity and to the non-agricultural activities. It was also found that the development of entrepreneurship in the community requires not only the involvement of entrepreneurs, but the development of entrepreneurship mainly depends on their partnership with the representatives of local governments. . It was also noted that the increase in the number of companies in a short period of time does not contribute significantly to improving the situation on the labor market.
