Abstract

Niniejsza praca definiuję pojęcie outsourcingu jako metody nowoczesnego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem, stawiając jednocześnie tezę, że dla małych i średnich firm korzystniejsze jest korzystanie z usług zewnętrznych dostawców. Rozdział I definiuje pojęcie outsourcingu, wyjaśniając jego znaczenie dla firmy oraz przedstawiając jego różne rodzaje. Rozdział II to historia outsourcingu w ujęciu globalnym oraz w ujęciu rynku krajowego. Rozdział III to przykład przedsiębiorstwa, które wprowadza outsourcing księgowy i kadrowy.

This paper defines the concept of outsourcing as a method of modern enterprise management, while putting the thesis that for small and medium-sized companies is more advantageous to use the services of external providers. Chapter I defines the concept of outsourcing, explaining its importance to the company and presenting its various types. Chapter II is the story of outsourcing on a global basis and in terms of the domestic market. Chapter III is an example of companies that introduces outsourcing accounting and human resources.
