Abstrakt
Celem pracy jest analiza funkcjonowania oraz efektów
ekonomicznych i organizacyjnych firm korzystających z franczyzy. Badania
przeprowadzono w firmie Smacznediety.pl wykorzystując metodę analizy dokumentów.
Na podstawie badań stwierdzono, że systemy franczyzowe to korzystne
rozwiązania dla przedsiębiorstw. Istotą franczyzy jest współpraca przedsiębiorstw
oparta na umowie franczyzowej i pakiecie franczyzowym, w których zawarte są
wszystkie informacje potrzebne do rozpoczęcia i prowadzenia działalności. Franczyza
stanowi drogę rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa, umożliwiając franczyzobiorcy swobodne
wejście i funkcjonowanie na konkurencyjnym rynku. Franczyzodawca przekazując
know-how innym osobom ma możliwość osiągania korzyści finansowych i poszerzania
swojej działalności.
The aim of this study was to analyze the functional impact along with the organizational and economical aspects of franchise using companies. To serve this purpose the research was made based on the documentation analysis of the Smacznediety.pl company. Based on the conducted research it can be stated that franchise is a favorable solution for a business. The essence of franchise is cooperation based on franchise agreement and a franchise set which contains all necessary information to conduct a commercial activity. Franchise is a way of business development, allowing franchisees the freedom to enter and operate on a competitive market. Franchisor providing knowhow to other people has the opportunity to achieve financial gain and expand their business.
