Abstrakt
W pracy omówiono etapy procesu rozwoju nowego produktu. Celem pracy była ocena
atrakcyjności i powodzenia projektu wprowadzenia nowej linii lakierów do paznokci przez
firmę Nails Secrets. Przy pomocy Ewaluatora Koncepcji Biznesu oceniono atrakcyjność
pomysłu, sporządzono jego prognozę finansową oraz zbadano szansę na powodzenie
projektu. Przeprowadzono również wywiad bezpośredni w grupie sześćdziesięciu stylistek
paznokci, mający na celu określenie pożądanych przez klientów cech lakieru do paznokci,
najefektywniejszych form reklamy, kanałów dystrybucji oraz strategii cenowej i promocji.
Przeprowadzone badania potwierdziły założone hipotezy.
The paper shows the new product development process. The main purpose of this paper was to check the attractiveness of introducing the Nails Secrets hybrid gel polish into the Polish nail market. By using the Business Idea Evaluator Excel Tool, the project idea and its financial analysis was examined. The group of sixty nail technicians was interviewed what helps to choose the proper distribution channels, promotion, prices and features of the new product. The research confirm made hypothesis.
