Zastosowanie analizy SPACE w wyborze strategicznego modelu biznesowego na przykładzie firmy Zakłady Mięsne Wiesław Leśniak

Abstract

Podstawowym celem, jaki podjęto w pracy, był wybór odpowiedniego strategicznego modelu biznesowego dla przedsiębiorstwa Zakłady Mięsne Wiesław Leśniak, na podstawie dokonanej analizy metodą SPACE, która z kolei umożliwiła osiągnięcie potrzebnych informacji na temat badanego obiektu, jak również jego otoczenia, oraz ukazała pozytywne strony dotyczące przeprowadzania analizy strategicznej. Z wykorzystaniem literatury przedmiotu zostały dokładnie opracowane zagadnienia dotyczące pojęcia zarządzania strategicznego oraz strategicznych modeli biznesowych. Ostatnim elementem bazującym na literaturze przedmiotu było zapoznanie się z tematem analizy SPACE, która umożliwiła dokonanie dalszej diagnozy i oceny przedsiębiorstwa. Informacje zawarte w teoretycznej części pracy stanowiły podstawę do opracowania części badawczej pracy. W konsekwencji dokonano precyzyjnej analizy badanego przedsiębiorstwa oraz jego otoczenia, co z kolei umożliwiło wybór odpowiedniego strategicznego modelu biznesowego, tym samym realizując postawiony podstawowy cel badawczy. Dokonana analiza SPACE sugeruje, że skutecznym krokiem w działalności badanego obiektu jest wybór modelu, który polega na wyprzedzeniu działań konkurencji o dwa kroki, bądź też modelu skupiającego się szczególnie na zarządzaniu łańcuchem wartości.

The basic goal of this paper was the selection of the proper strategic business model for the Zaklady Miesne Wieslaw Lesniak company based on the conducted analysis using the SPACE method. The analysis enabled gathering of necessary information on the object of the study as well as it’s surroundings and it showed the benefits of conducting a strategic analysis. Using the subject literature, the strategic management challenges were precisely developed and strategic business models for corporations. The last element, based on the subject literature, was to get to know the SPACE analysis topic which enables administration of further analysis and assessment. Information included in the theoretical part served as a basis for development of the testing portion of the project. As a result, a precise analysis of the studied firm as well as its surroundings was conducted, which in turn enabled the selection of the correct strategic business model fulfilling the established focus of this study. The conducted SPACE analysis suggests that the recommended direction in the management of the studied firm is the selection of the model that consists of staying ahead of the competition by two steps or of the model that focuses on value chain management.
