Mobbing jako współczesne zagrożenie w środowisku pracy

Abstract

Rozwój kultury korporacyjnej oraz rynku pracy niewątpliwie obfituje w pozytywne cechy. Należy jednak zwrócić uwagę również na negatywne cechy jakimi się charakteryzuje. Jedną z nich jest potęgowany chęcią rozwoju oraz konkurencyjnością mobbing. Celem pracy była ocena znajomości zjawiska mobbingu wśród pracowników sektora prywatnego i publicznego. Poza rozważaniami teoretycznymi, których podstawą była głównie literatura przedmiotu oraz liczne artykuły, Posłużono się metodą badawczą w postaci kwestionariusza ankiety. Badania przeprowadzono wśród 100 osób czynnych zawodowo -58 kobiet oraz 42 mężczyzn. Istotną okazała się analiza przypadków mobbingu jakie miały już miejsce na całym świecie. W większości okazało się, że wyniki przeprowadzonej ankiety były tożsame z wynikami innych badań o tej tematyce. Główne różnice występowały w związku z różnym okresem prowadzonych badań. Na przestrzeni kilku lat, zarówno kultura pracy jak i świadomość ludzi uległa zmianie w dobrym kierunku.

The development of corporate culture and the labor market undoubtedly abounds in positive qualities. However, attention should be paid to the negative features they have. One of them is increased mobbing willingness to develop and competitiveness. The aim of the study was to assess the knowledge of the phenomenon of mobbing among private and public sector employees. In addition to theoretical scope, which included large literature on the subject and numerous articles, the research method in the form of questionnaire questions was used. The research includes among 100 professionally active people -58 women and 42 men. Analysis of mobbing cases that are already available around the world has proved to be important. In the search it turned out that the results of the survey were identical to the activities of other research on this subject. The main differences occurred in connection with the different definition of study combinations. Over the past few years, two work cultures and people's relationships have changed in the right direction.
