Celem pracy jest analiza stylów kierowania pracownikami w przedsiębiorstwie
F.S.E. Tamel S.A. Do rozpoznania stylów kierowania w firmie Tamel posłużono się siatką kierowniczą oraz samodzielnie sporządzoną ankietą. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów.
W rozdziale pierwszym przedstawiono pojmowanie zarządzania oraz postać
kierownika.
Rozdział drugi zawiera rozważania dotyczące pojęcia i źródła przywództwa jak
również najważniejsze style kierowania.
Trzeci rozdział poświęcony jest badaniu przeprowadzonemu w firmie F.S.E. Tamel
S.A. Dotyczy ono analizy stylów kierowania reprezentowanych przez kierowników w tej organizacji.
Wnikliwa analiza otrzymanych wyników osiągnęła a nawet częściowo przekroczyła zakładane cele, mimo pewnych trudności metodologicznych i technicznych.
Dla praktyków zarządzanie to proces, który jest mieszanką racjonalnego
poszukiwania rozwiązań, podejmowania decyzji i działań opartych na intuicji i ocenie. Czyli nauka i sztuka jednocześnie.
Menedżer wykonuje codzienną pracę w zmiennych i nieprzewidywalnych
warunkach. Dobry menedżer powinien jednak świetnie sobie radzić w sytuacjach, w których panuje chaos.
On the verge of 21st century, together with the development of economies of the
whole world, management becomes more and more prominent. Last decade, particularly last years of 20th century, brings to theory and practice of management many new concepts and methods of management of organizations including human resource management.
The aim of the following thesis is analysis of management of workers in F.S.E.
Tamel S.A. To distinguish the styles of management in Tamel a managerial grid was used and a self compiled questionnaire. The thesis consists of three chapters.
First chapter introduces understanding of management and the figure of director.
Second chapter includes reflections on the concept and sources of leadership, as well as main styles on management. Third chapter is devoted to the research done in Tamel S.A. concerning the analysis of styles of management represented by directors of this organization.
The instrument which may be needed in pursuing effective co operation with
subordinates is adopting proper style of management, which involves getting to know the worker, his personality and style. Wanting to adjust ones individual style of management to expectations and abilities of the employed one needs to define patterns of their behavior in which this thesis should turn out o be helpful.
