Ocena stopnia zadowolenia mieszkańców gminy Grybów z realizacji zadań inwestycyjnych

Abstract

Niniejsza praca ma charakter teoretyczno-empiryczny. Dotyczy oceny poziomu realizacji zadań inwestycyjnych gminy Grybów. Jednym z głównych celów do którego powinna dążyć jednostka samorządu terytorialnego (gmina), jest realizacja potrzeb społeczności lokalnej. Władza samorządowa może dokonać tego między innymi poprzez realizację zadań inwestycyjnych. Celem pracy była analiza stopnia zadowolenia mieszkańców gminy Grybów z realizacji zadań inwestycyjnych. Teoretyczna część pracy mieści w sobie podstawowe zagadnienia związane z samorządem terytorialnym: jego istotę, zadania, budżet oraz charakterystykę inwestycji. Zamieszczono także informacje na temat gminy Grybów, jako miejsca w którym przeprowadzono badania. Część dotycząca charakterystyki gminy zawiera także analizę realizacji zadań inwestycyjnych przeprowadzonych w latach 2004-2012. Druga część przedstawia narzędzie wykorzystane do badań własnych. Była nim ankieta przeprowadzona wśród 251 osób. Badania miały charakter dobrowolny i anonimowy. Wyniki jakie uzyskano w toku przeprowadzonego badania ukazują, iż stopień zadowolenia mieszkańców gminy Grybów z realizacji jej zadań inwestycyjnych jest na zadowalającym poziomie. Ankietowani wskazali także na zadania, których realizacja w znaczący sposób wpłynęłaby na poprawę warunków życia całej społeczności lokalnej.

The character of this dissertation can be described as theoretical and empirical at the same time. It presents the assessment of the level of the investment tasks’ fulfillment in municipality of Grybów. The main purpose that local government unit should achieve is the accomplishment of the local community’s needs. The municipality can achieve that by fulfilling the investment tasks. One of the aims of this dissertation was to analyze the level of satisfaction connected with the fulfillment of the investment tasks among residents of the municipality of Grybów. The theoretical part of this paper includes the basic issues relating to the local government i.e. the essence of local government, its tasks, the budget and the description of the investment. Moreover, the theoretical part presents the information about the municipality of Grybów as it was the place in which the research was conducted. The part that concentrates on the description of the municipality of Grybów includes the analysis of the investment tasks’ fulfillment that were accomplished between 2004 and 2012. The second part of this paper presents the research instrument i.e. the questionnaire which was conducted among 251 people. Participation in the research was voluntary and confidential. The results obtained in the research show that the level of satisfaction connected to the fulfillment of the investment tasks among residents of the municipality of Grybów can be described as satisfactory. What is more, the participants of the questionnaire indicated the investment tasks whose fulfillment would have a positive influence on the improvement of living conditions for the whole local community.
