Przydatność suplementu do dyplomu na podstawie badań przeprowadzonych na terenie powiatu nowosądeckiego oraz miasta Nowego Sącza

Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest sprawdzenie, czy suplement do dyplomu wydawany absolwentom przez uczelnie wyższe jest dokumentem przydatnym dla studentów i pracodawców. Praca złożona jest z czterech rozdziałów, w których przedstawione jest szkolnictwo wyższe w Polsce, finanse polskich uczelni publicznych oraz niepublicznych, a także omówiony został wpływ kształcenia na bezrobocie. Zwraca się także uwagę na udział przedsiębiorstw w procesie kształcenia. Ponadto opisane są pojęcia mobilności zawodowej i zatrudnialności. Poza tym praca zawiera koncepcję kierunków zamawianych. Założenia Procesu Bolońskiego, na którym oparty jest suplement do dyplomu zawarte są w rozdziale trzecim, który przedstawia także ideę punktów ECTS. Kolejna część dotyczy badań przeprowadzonych wśród studentów i firm prywatnych oraz instytucji publicznych z terenu powiatu nowosądeckiego oraz miasta Nowego Sącza. Tutaj opisany jest również suplement do dyplomu i metoda badania, którą była ankieta bezpośrednia. Poprzez analizę badań ukazano, że suplement do dyplomu nie jest niezbędnym dokumentem, który powinien posiadać każdy absolwent uczelni wyższej, a przynajmniej na badanym obszarze.

Checking is an object of this work, whether the diploma supplement issued by colleges to graduates is a document useful to students and employers. The work is compound from four chapters, in which the higher education is described in Poland, finances of Polish public and non-public colleges, and an influence of the education on the unemployment was also discussed. Also an attention is being returned for the participation of enterprises in the process of educating. Moreover notions of the occupational mobility are described. Apart from that the work contains the concept of ordered directions. Assumptions of the Bolognese Process against which the supplement is leaned to the diploma are included in the chapter three which is presenting also an idea of ECTS points. The next section is regarding examinations conducted among students and private companies and public institutions from the area of the Nowy Sącz district and the Nowy Sącz city. Here is also described to the diploma supplement and survey method which the direct questionnaire form was. Through analysis of examinations they showed, that the diploma supplement wasn't a necessary document which every graduate of the college should have, anyway in studied area.
