Abstrakt
Niniejsza praca licencjacka stanowi wyraz żywego zainteresowania problematyką
związaną z wyjazdami zarobkowymi Polaków do Norwegii. Jej celem jest zatem
przedstawienie faktycznego poczucia zadowolenia z życia i pracy w badanej grupie
ankietowanych. Początkowe rozdziały, omawiające zagadnienia teoretyczne związane z
migracjami, stanowią wstęp do przeprowadzonych badań empirycznych.
Prezentacja wątków merytorycznych i metodologicznych służyła zweryfikowaniu hipotezy,
która przybrała następujące brzmienie: Pomimo na ogół dobrych warunków materialnych
oraz stosunkowo wysokich zarobków, Polacy pracujący w Norwegii nie są zadowoleni z życia
i pracy na obczyźnie. Założenie to jednak nie potwierdziło się, o czym świadczy analiza
materiału badawczego, zebranego przy użyciu kwestionariusza ankiety skonstruowanego
przez autora pracy.
This thesis constitutes the word of the keen interest in issues associated with labour migration of Poles to Norway. Its aim is to show of actual feeling the life and work satisfaction in the examined group of respondents. Initial allocations, discussing theoretical issues associated with migrations, constitute the admission to conducted empirical examinations. The presentation of technical and methodological motifs was used for validating the hypothesis which assumed the following word: in spite of in generally good financial conditions and relatively high earnings, working Poles in Norway aren't pleased with the life and the work on foreign country. However this assumption was turn out to be false what analysis of the research material, gathered using the survey questionnaire, constructed by the author of this thesis.
