Wycena wartości przedsiębiorstwa na przykładzie Travelplanet.pl S.A.

Abstract

Przedmiotem pracy jest porównanie metod wyceny wartości przedsiębiorstwa. Punktem wyjścia dla pracy było zebranie, przeanalizowanie danych sytuacji finansowej spółki Travelplanet.pl S.A. oraz podjęcie próby wyceny spółki. Praca objaśnia podstawowe pojęcia charakterystyczne dla procesu wyceny. Opisane i ujęte w tabelach dane obrazują sytuację finansową spółki, które w dalszej części pracy stały się podstawą do wyceny przedsiębiorstwa metodą wartości księgowej oraz metodą DCF. W ostatniej części pracy porównane zostały wyniki otrzymane dwoma metodami, a także przedstawione zostały zalety i wady stosowania tych metod przy ustalaniu wartości przedsiębiorstwa.

The object of study is to compare the methods of valuation of the company. The starting point for the study was to collect, analyze financial data of Travelplanet.pl SA and to try to define valuation of the company. The thesis explains the basic and specific concepts for the valuation process. Described and presented information in the tables reflect the financial data of the company. This became the basis for the valuation of the company using the book value and the DCF method. In the last part of the study, results were obtained by those two methods to present the advantages and disadvantages of using them in determining the value of the company.
