Wpływ rozwoju turystyki na powstanie nowych miejsc pracy na obszarze miasta i gminy Nowy Sącz

Abstract

Poniższa praca ma na celu przedstawienie realnej współzależności pomiędzy rozwojem turystyki i rekreacji na badanym przeze mnie obszarze Miasta i gminy Nowy Sącz a powstawanie tam nowych miejsc pracy. W pracy zawarte są główne pojęcia związane z turystyką, rekreacją oraz zasady obowiązujące na współczesnym rynku pracy. W kolejnym rozdziale ukazane są najnowsze projekty rewitalizacji turystyki i rekreacji, które mają być wprowadzone w celu usprawnienia rozwoju turystyczno-rekreacyjnego. W części badawczej przedstawione są wyniki przeprowadzonych prze ze mnie badań, które miały na celu udowodnienie postawionych przeze mnie hipotez: 1. „Rozwój turystyki i rekreacji wpływa na poprawę społeczno – gospodarczą mieszkańców miasta i gminy Nowy Sącz” 2. „Rozwój turystyki i rekreacji, wpływa na powstanie nowych miejsc pracy na obszarze miasta i gminy Nowy Sącz ” 3. „Rozwój turystyki i rekreacji wpływa w sposób bezpośredni na poziom stopy bezrobocia na terenie miasta i gminy Nowy Sącz”. Zestawienie wyników przeprowadzonych przeze mnie badań, w sposób jasny i jednoznaczny potwierdziło słuszność powyżej postawionych hipotez.

This work is devoted to assessing the impact of tourism and recreation in the creation of new jobs in the cities and villages Nowy Sacz. In this paper I am going to confirm or refute the idea that tourism and recreation interact directly into the labor market. With the development of these units is to increase economic growth and employment in various sectors. I would like to reassure peripherally also in several other assumptions. First, the development of tourism and recreation improves the socio - economic and community residents Nowy Sacz, and thus create new jobs and unemployment down. The work consists of two main parts: theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part presents general issues related to tourism, and the representation of the main essence of the labor market. The second part is based on a survey that was conducted among a group of residents and community Nowy Sacz to justify the impact of tourism and recreation on the labor market situation in the study area. The first chapter explains the basic concepts of tourism and recreation, their divisions and types. The second chapter is essentially the labor market. Here you can find information on the demand and supply of labor and the phenomenon of balance. The next section illustrates the current situation on the labor market in this area. What factors play a role in today's economic environment. The final chapter contains already some research, and the first part was the research group, and the results of the survey and then develop it together with the conclusions that can be drawn after the analysis. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of tourism and recreation in the creation of new jobs in the cities and villages Nowy Sacz.Negotiation is one of the most common approaches used to make decisions and manage disputes. It is also the major building block for many other alternative dispute resolution procedures.
