Wpływ klastra na rozwój sektora Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorstw na przykładzie Tarnowskiego Klastra Przemysłowego S.A. "Plastikowa Dolina"

Abstract

Praca traktuje o Tarnowskim Klastrze Przemysłowym jako formie wspierania rozwoju sektora Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorstw. Zostały postawione następujące hipotezy badawcze: Małe i Średnie Przedsiębiorstwa uzyskują realne korzyści z obecności w klastrze. Małe i Średnie Przedsiębiorstwa zrzeszone w klastrze zarówno kooperują jak i konkurują. Włączanie w struktury klastrowe MSP, prowadzi do ich wyższej specjalizacji i efektywności funkcjonowania, dzięki pośredniej realizacji korzyści skali. Zastosowane metody które potwierdziły zasadność postawionych celów oraz przyjętych hipotez badawczych to analiza SWOT, metoda POS i analiza metoda Churchilla i Lewis. Podjęta analiza wykazała iż TKP jest korzystna forma wspierania rozwoju, budowania przewagi konkurencyjnej, wspierania innowacyjności, dla sektora MSP, stymulowanie rozwoju regionalnego oraz współpraca z instytucjami badawczymi.

This thesis is about Tarnów Industrial Cluster as a form of supporting the development of the Small and Medium Enterprises. There were raised following research hypotheses: Small and Medium Enterprises gain real benefits from the presence of the cluster. Small and Medium Enterprises affiliated to cluster both cooperate and compete. Including to the structure of clusters MSP, leading to their greater specialization and effectiveness, by dint of indirect implementation of scale benefits. SWOT analysis, POS method and analysis by Churchill and Lewis are methods, which confirmed the validity of its objectives and hypotheses. Taken analysis showed that Tarnów Industrial Cluster is the preferred form of support for the development, build competitive advantage, innovation support for MSP sector, stimulating regional development and cooperation with research institutions.
