analiz i systemów, wspierających proces zakupowy. Wszyscy Product Managerowie,
Cena
zakupów jest sprawą drugorzędną, choć niemniej ważną. Spółka X w chwili obecnej nie
posiada sformalizowanej strategii zakupowej (np. w postaci odpowiedniego regulaminu),
jednakże pracownicy Działu Handlowego, pozytywnie oceniają inne narzędzia, jakie mają do dyspozycji w swojej pracy, mimo, że twierdzą, iż zautomatyzowanie chociaż w części
obecnego systemu w zakresie niektórych wykonywanych czynności usprawniłoby i upłynniło ich pracę.
The essence of this thesis is the purchasing process in a company and the course
thereof, i.e. in general, the issue of supplies within a company. Research referring thereto was
conducted in Company X, which in its business activity focuses on the sale of audio/video
devices, electronics, computer equipment and household appliances. The hypotheses were
tested mainly through observation, interview and the assessment of analyses and systems that
are used in this organization and which support the purchasing process. All Product Managers
responsible for purchases and supplies in Company X prefer high quality, therefore, it is not
difficult to notice that the purchasing strategy refers to, first of all, high standard of offered
goods as well as the service and warranty terms and conditions. The purchasing price is a
secondary issue, however, not less important. Currently, Company X does not have a formal
purchasing strategy (e.g. in the form of relevant regulations) but the employees of the Commercial Department assess other tools that they have at their disposal in a positive
manner despite the fact that they claim that the automation, even in part, of the current system within the scope of certain actions would make their work more efficient and smooth.
