Abstract

Działalność kredytowa banku, bez wątpienia jest domeną w prowadzonych przez banki operacjach. Przedsiębiorstwa odgrywają zasadniczą rolę w rozwoju gospodarki, choć rzadko która firma jest w stanie pokryć swoje wydatki z bieżących zysków. A to z kolei sprawia, iź rośnie znaczenie kredytu instytucjonalnego i jednocześnie rola banków we współczesnej gospodarce. Głównym celem tej pracy jest pokazanie szerokiego wachlarza możliwości banku w zakresie kredytowania oraz działań podejmowanych przez banki związane z obsługą kredytu. Przedmiotem rozważań w zakresie kredytowania różnych potrzeb specyficznego rodzaju kredytobiorcy, jakim jest klient korporacyjny jest procedura uwzględniająca różne narzędzia stosowane do identyfikacji ryzyka kredytowego, a w szczególności metod analizy ekonomiczno-finansowej podmiotu.

Lending activities of the bank are without a doubt the domain of the transactions carried out by the banks. Enterprises play a key role in the development of the economy, but rarely a company is able to cover its expenses from the current income. This in turn causes both the import_ance of institutional credit and the role of banking system in the currect economy to grow. Main objective of this thesis is to showcase the wide range of possibilies in the bank lending field and actions taken by the bank in respect of the loan. The subject of the case study within the range of credit are the needs of a specific type of borrower which in this case is a corporation client and the procedure taking into account the various tools used to identify the credit risk,but mailnly the methods for economic and financial analysis of the subject.
