Więzi z wnukami oraz rola babci i dziadka

Abstract

W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienie więzi i wzajemnych relacji łączących wnuki z babciami i dziadkami oraz rolę jaką babcia i dziadek pełnią wobec wnuków. Praca obejmuje analizę teoretyczną, w której odniesiono się do problemu starości, jej aspektów i miejsca człowieka starego w rodzinie. Przedstawiono także problematykę więzi międzypokoleniowej, typy roli babci i dziadka oraz rodzajów związków między obydwoma pokoleniami. Część empiryczna pracy zawiera analizę wyników badań na podstawie metody sondażu diagnostycznego, techniki ankiety i narzędzia badawczego, którym jest kwestionariusz ankiety. W części empirycznej pracy odniesiono się do problemów badawczych i hipotez postawionych w rozdziale metodologicznym. Wyodrębniono dwa problemy badawcze: • Jaka jest więź babci i dziadka z wnukami? • Jaka jest rola babci i dziadka z wnukami? W oparciu o badania przeprowadzone wśród młodzieży uczącej się w ZSE-M w Nowym Sączu stwierdzono, że dorastających wnuków łączy bliska więź ze swoimi babciami i dziadkami oraz, że babcie i dziadkowie odgrywają znaczącą rolę w życiu wnuków. Podsumowując, młodzież szanuje starsze pokolenie i wyraża w stosunku do niego pozytywne emocje oraz widzi w nim wzorzec osobowy. Wnukowie doceniają wysiłek, zaangażowanie i pomoc babć i dziadków w budowie ich własnej tożsamości.

The thesis presents bonds and relationships linking grandchildren with their grandmothers and grandfathers as well as the role which grandmothers and grandfathers play to their grandchildren. It includes theoretical analysis of the problem of old age, its aspects and the position of the old man in the family. Further the issue of intergenerational relationships, the types of roles played by grandmother and grandfather and the types of relationships between the two generations has been presented. The research section contains an analysis of the results of a research based on a diagnostic method which was questionnaire type of survey. This section refers to the research questions and hypotheses made in the methodology section. Two research problems have been defined: • What is the relationship between grandparents and their grandchildren? • What is the role of grandparents to their grandchildren? Based on a survey of young people studying in ZSE-M in Nowy Sącz it has been found out that the adolescent grandchildren have been bound with close relationship to their grandmothers and grandfathers and the grandmothers and grandfathers play a significant role in the lives of grandchildren. In conclusion young people respect the older generation and express positive emotions to them as well as consider them as a personality standard. Grandchildren appreciate the effort, commitment and support of grandparents in building of their own identity.
