Abstract

System Zarządzania Jakością wspiera zarządzanie w przedsiębiorstwie. Wprowadzenie go wiąże się z koniecznością identyfikacji procesów zachodzących w firmie oraz z ustaleniem i formalizowaniem procedur działania. System jest udokumentowany, dostosowany do potrzeb przedsiębiorstwa i silnie zintegrowany z pozostałymi elementami organizacji. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie funkcjonowania Systemu Zarządzania Jakością w przedsiębiorstwa Flexergis sp. z o.o. oraz identyfikacja korzyści wynikających z jego wdrożenia. Główną własnością dobrze zaprojektowanego i sprawnie funkcjonującego systemu jest ciągłe doskonalenie wszystkich procesów, wyrobów i usług oferowanych przez przedsiębiorstwo. Wdrożenie systemu w spółce Felxergis przyniosło korzyści zarówno zewnętrzne, związane ze wzmocnieniem wizerunku firmy i większą rozpoznawalnością, jak i wewnętrzne, poprzez jasne określenie uprawnień, odpowiedzialności i kompetencji pracowników oraz ujednolicenie działań w spółce.

Quality Management System supports the management of the company. Its implementation requires the identification of business processes and formalizing the establishment and operation procedures. The system is documented, adapted to the needs of the company and closely integrated with the rest of the organization. This thesis presents the operation of the Quality Management System of the Flexergis company and the benefits of its implementation. The main property of a well-designed and well-functioning system is permanent improvement of all processes, products and services offered by the company. Implementation of the system in the Flexergis company has benefited both associated with the strengthening of the external image of the company and greater name recognition and internal, with clearly defined rights, responsibilities and competences of employees and the consolidation of operations in the company.
