Niniejsza praca koncentruje się na roli płci w reklamie oraz ukazuje w jakim stopniu
czynnik ten różnicuje postawy i opinie konsumentów. W tym celu przeprowadzono badania wtórne i pierwotne.
Pierwsze badanie zostało przeprowadzone w oparciu o wtórne źródła informacji.
Obejmowało ono przekazy emitowane na dwóch stacjach telewizyjnych – TVP2 i TVN.
Dzięki zastosowaniu kwestionariusza analizy reklam, zostały zbadane sposoby prezentacji kobiety i mężczyzny w spotach, ich charakterystyczne cechy oraz otoczenie, w jakim się znajdują. Wyniki pokazały, że postacie obu płci pokazywane są w odmienny sposób, nie zawsze zgodny z powszechnie panującymi stereotypami.
Badania empiryczne zostały przeprowadzone za pomocą kwestionariusza ankiety.
Odbyły się na celowo wybranej grupie, którą tworzyli studenci Politologii. Próba liczyła
100 osób, z czego połowę stanowiły kobiety, a połowę mężczyźni. Badania miały miejsce
w Wyższej Szkole Biznesu National-Louis-University w Nowym Sączu w auli wykładowej.
W świetle badań stwierdzono, że płeć w dużym stopniu różnicuje postawy i opinie
respondentów. Okazało się, że mężczyźni lepiej zapamiętują reklamy z kobietami, a kobiety z mężczyznami. Ponadto zdaniem panów stereotypowe ukazywanie płci w reklamie zmniejsza się, zaś według pań jest odwrotnie. Z badań również wynika, że według respondentów, kobiety powinny reklamować inne typy produktów i usług niż mężczyźni.
The present thesis focuses on the role of the gender in advertising and shows to what
extent this factor differentiates attitudes and opinions of consumers. For this purpose,
the primary and the secondary research has been conducted.
The first research was conducted on the basis of secondary sources of information.
It included the broadcastings of two television stations – the TVP2 and the TVN. Thanks to the analysis of the advertising questionnaire, the ways of presenting the man and the woman in spots with their characteristics and the environment in which they are located were examined. The results showed that the characters of both genders are shown in a different way, not always consistent with the generally prevailing stereotypes.
Empirical studies have been carried out using a questionnaire. There were purposely
conducted on a selected group that was the Political Science students. The trial included
100 people, half of whom were women and half men. The study took place at the
National-Louis-University in Nowy Sącz in the lecture hall.
The study revealed that the gender largely differentiates the attitudes and opinions
of respondents. It turns out that the men better remember advertisements with women,
and women with men. Moreover, men see decrease of showing gender stereotypes
in advertising. The opinion of women is opposite. The research also shows that according to the respondents, women should advertise different types of products and services than men.
