Proces rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników na przykładzie Urzędu Gminy Chełmiec.

Abstract

Niniejsza praca ma charakter teoretyczno-empiryczny. Dotyczy ona stosowanego systemu rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników w Urzędzie Gminy Chełmiec. O sukcesie tej organizacji jak również i innych decydują ludzie. Odpowiedni dobór pracowników sprawia, że organizacja odniesie znaczące sukcesy. Celem niniejszej pracy była analiza przebiegu procesu rekrutacji pracowników Urzędu Gminy. Teoretyczna część pracy zawiera podstawowe zagadnienia związane z zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi: pojęcia, proces ewaluacji funkcji personalnej na przestrzeni lat oraz zagadnienia związane ze strategicznym zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi. Następnie szczególnej uwadze poddano istotę doboru personelu, proces rekrutacji oraz przegląd narzędzi selekcyjnych. Umieszczono także informacje na temat Urzędu Gminy Chełmiec, jako miejsca w którym przeprowadzono badania, strukturę organizacyjną Urzędu oraz proces naboru pracowników do Urzędu Gminy. Druga część przedstawia narzędzie wykorzystane do badań własnych. Była nim ankieta przeprowadzona wśród 30 osób. Badania miały charakter dobrowolny i anonimowy. Wyniki badań ukazują, iż proces rekrutacji pracowników do Urzędu Gminy Chełmiec nie zawsze przebiega zgodnie z obowiązującym regulaminem naboru. Respondenci wskazali kilka niedoskonałości (m.in. dotyczące redagowanych ogłoszeń, pomijanie etapu testowego), jednak mimo to w ogólnej perspektywie pracownicy pozytywnie oceniają obecnie stosowany system rekrutacji.

This study has got a character of theoretical and empirical. It relates to the system used recruiting and selection of employees in the commune office Chełmiec. The success of this organization depends on people. Appropriate selection of employees makes that the organization can achieve great success. The aim of this study was to analyze of the recruitment process in commune office. The theoretical part of this study presents the basic issues related to human resources management: the concept, the evaluation process of the HR function in the years, and issues related to the strategic management of human resources. Then, the focus on the selection of personnel, recruitment process and review of the selection tools. Also were placed information about the Commune Office of Chełmiec, as a place where the research has been conducted, organizational structure of the commune office Chełmiec, and the process of recruitment of staff for the commune Office. The second part shows the tools used to the research of their own. It was a polling, carried out for group of 30 peoples. The study was the voluntary and anonymous. The results shows, that the process of recruitment to the commune office Chełmiec, is not always in accordance with existing rules of recruitment. Respondents pointed out some imperfections (for example: editing of ads, missing information about test phase). Nevertheless in the overall assessment, the employees are positive about the currently used system of recruitment.
