Ocena wpływu zespołu projektowego na powodzenie projektu „Aktywnie w przyszłość” współfinansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej

Abstract

Niniejsza praca traktuje o wpływie zespołu projektowego na sprawną realizację projektu, a w efekcie na osiągnięcie sukcesu projektu rozumianego w szczególności jako osiągnięcie założonego w nim celu głównego. Badania do pracy prowadzono w jednostce realizującej projekt tj. w Powiatowym Centrum Funduszy Europejskich w Nowym Sączu w okresie styczeń-czerwiec 2013 roku. W wyniku dokonanych analiz stwierdzono, że na sukces projektu duży wpływ mają kompetencje zespołu projektowego. W analizowanym przypadku osoby zaangażowane w projekt były odpowiednio dobrane do zajmowanych stanowisk i dobrze wywiązały się ze swoich obowiązków. Potwierdzeniem tego faktu jest osiągnięcie głównych założeń projektu i jego pozytywna ocena dokonana przez Instytucję Wdrażającą.

This M.A. thesis treats of influence of team project on the efficient project implementation, and in the end for achieving the success of the project understood in particular as the achievement established in it. The survey were conducting in the Project Department in the County Centre of European Funds in Nowy Sącz during the period since January to June of 2013. As a result of performed analyses, they concluded that to the success of the project the main influence has the competences of a team project. In the analysed case the persons involved in the project were selected to taken posts properly and well fulfilled one's responsibilities. Achieving main assumptions of the project and its positive assessment conducted by the Implementing Institution are confirming this fact.
