Źródła finansowania rozwoju małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw

Abstract

W opracowaniu poddano analizie dwie alternatywne metody finansowania inwestycji. Pierwsza za pomocą kredytu bankowego druga z zastosowaniem leasingu operacyjnego. Celem analizy była weryfikacja hipotezy, że kredyt stanowi korzystniejszą formę finansowania inwestycji niż leasing. Analiza kryteriów podejmowania decyzji w tym zakresie dokonana została dla przedsiębiorstwa z sektora MSP działającego w branży transportowej – Zet Transport sp. z o.o. Specyfika działalności przedsiębiorstw z tej branży w istotny sposób determinuje końcowy koszt poszczególnych rozwiązań. Analiza porównawcza kosztów tych dwóch źródeł finansowania, dla trzech ofert kredytu bankowego i trzech ofert leasingu operacyjnego (przy analogicznych wyjściowych założeniach) przeprowadzona została z wykorzystaniem prostej metody opłacalności. Dla jednej z ofert dodatkowo wyliczono PV (wartość bieżącą przyszłych przepływów gotówki), według metody NAL - net advantage of the lease. Kosztowa analiza opłacalności inwestycji została wzbogacona o prezentację i ocenę czynników pozakosztowych najczęściej branych pod uwagę przy decyzjach o wyborze źródła finansowania. Kompletna analiza, zarówno kosztowa jak i jakościowa, dała podstawę do sformułowania wniosku, że leasing, dla analizowanej inwestycji, wypada korzystniej aniżeli kredyt. Jego wyższa atrakcyjność wynika z niższego kosztu oraz prostszych procedur. Zaprezentowane w opracowaniu wyniki dowodzą, że postawiona hipoteza nie jest w pełni prawdziwa.

In this elaboration two alternative financial investing methods were analysed. The first one was by bank loan and the other one was by using operative leasing. The main aim of this was to verify the hypothesis that bank loan is better than leasing. The whole analyze which method is more convincing was done for a company from Small and Medium sector that works in transport “Zet transport” Limited Liability Company. The specification of this activity from this branch focuses on overall cost of different solutions. I have analyzed the costs from the two alternative financial resources for both three loan bank offers and three leasing offers ( the same assumptions in the beginning ). Very easy payable methods were used. For one offer PV ( current value of the future cash flow ) was accounted additionally and NAL method - net advantage of the tease was done to do it. The profitable costing of this investment was enriched with presentation and the estimation of the overall factors usually taken into consideration when this financial decision are to be made. The costing and quality analyze gave me the basis of making conclusion that leasing is the best financial option for the investment. It is so because it has lower costs and easier procedures. The results given in this elaboration prove that the hypothesis is not entirely true.
