Analiza strategiczna sektora transportu drogowego w powiecie tarnowskim

Abstract

Prezentowana praca ma na celu zbadanie atrakcyjności wybranego sektora oraz ukazanie czynników, które determinują rozwój sektora transportu drogowego w powiecie tarnowskim oraz dokonanie analizy strategicznej tego sektora w oparciu o wybrane metody. Metody kluczowe , które posłużyły do przeprowadzenia analizy to : metody scenariuszowe, analiza strategiczna PEST, metoda pięciu sił Portera. Wykorzystanie wymienionych metod pozwoliło dokładnie poznać czynniki makrootoczenia sektora oraz czynniki wewnętrzne, które wpływają na rozwój sektora transportu drogowego w powiecie tarnowskim. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy ustalone zostały warunki najbardziej sprzyjające wejściu w sektor, które mogą stać się wytyczną dla przedsiębiorcy rozważającego zajęcie się działalnością gospodarczą polegającą na transporcie drogowym w powiecie tarnowskim. Wpływ na rozwój sektora ma z jednej strony makrootoczenie, z drugiej strony na sektor wpływają czynniki pochodzenia wewnętrznego, czyli takie, które dotyczą przedsiębiorstw i organizacji do tego sektora należących. Opłacalność działalności przewozowej w powiecie tarnowskim, pomimo stosunkowo dużej konkurencji w tym sektorze jest znaczna dla przewoźnika, szczególnie w sytuacji, gdy skoncentruje się on na wąskiej specjalizacji swoich usług.

The presented work aims at assessing the attractiveness of the selected sector and at presenting factors that determine the development of the road transport sector in the district of Tarnow and making strategic analysis of this sector based on the selected methods. Key methods that were used in the analysis include scenario methods, strategic analysis PEST , Porter's five forces method . The use of these methods has allowed a more thorough knowledge of macro-envinronment and internal factors that influence the development of the road transport sector in the district of Tarnow . The analysis determined the most advantageous conditions to enter the sector, which can be a guideline for an enterpreneur who considers addressing the business of road transport in the district of Tarnow . On one hand, the development of the sector is influenced by macro-environment. On the other hand, the sector is affected by factors of internal origin , ie those involving the enterprises and organizations belonging to this sector. Cost-effectiveness of transport activity in the district of Tarnow, despite the relatively high competition in this sector, is significant for the carriers, especially in a situation when they focus on the narrow specialization of their services .
