Efektywność różnych form poszukiwania pracy

Abstract

Najważniejszym aspektem niniejszej pracy było przedstawienie różnych form poszukiwania pracy i ich efektywności. Najpierw zostało przedstawione pojęcie pracy, a następnie zostały opisane formy poszukiwania zatrudnienia, które zostały podzielone na: aktywne i pasywne. Aktywna to taka, w której kandydat występuje sam z ofertą, zaś pasywna to np. przeglądanie ogłoszeń w prasie lub rejestracja w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy. Część empiryczna opisuje badania efektywności różnych form poszukiwania pracy. Biorąc pod uwagę ilość osób wybierających daną formę, ilość osób, które zdobyły pracę szukając jej za pomocą danej formy oraz czas jej poszukiwania – najefektywniejszą formą okazała się pomoc rodziny i przyjaciół. Z przeprowadzonych przeze mnie badań wynika również, że większość osób szuka nowej pracy conajmniej przez pół roku. Podsumowując można powiedzieć, że poszukiwanie pracy jest bardzo ciężkim zajęciem i kandydat musi być bardzo cierpliwy, a także w większości przypadków powinien mieć wsparcie w bliskich.

The most important aspect of the paper was to present different forms of job-hunting and their final results. Firstly the notion of work and the forms of employment witch were divided to passive and active was described. In the active form the candidate comes with offer alone, whereas the passive form could be for example: searching through publication in newspapers or registration in employment office. The empirical part of paper describes the researches on effectiveness of different forms of job-hunting. Considering the number of people choosing the given form, and the number of people who have found the job by searching it with an assistance of given form and the time the dedicated for its discovering – the support of family and friends turned out the most effective form. From carried out researches it appears that the majority of people is a looking for a job for at least one year. The sum up it is worth saying job-hunting is a very difficult duty and the candidate must be very patient by nature. What is more, the majority of coincidence should have a support from the closest acquaintance.
