Outsourcing – analiza oraz ocena. Na podstawie analizy najważniejszych typów
outsourcowania można było stwierdzić o ich efektywności i przydatności. Różne mechanizmy
wskazywały na pozytywny efekt wdrożenia outsourcingu, np. outsourcing kapitałowy gdzie
sami pracownicy danej firmy tworzą niejako nowe miejsca pracy w nowej firmie, czy też
outsourcing kontraktowy gdzie daną funkcjonalność można przenieść na wykonawstwo
zewnętrzne. Analiza światowa outsourcingu wskazuje dodatkowo na ciągłą ekspansję oraz
rozbudowywanie się tych działań gospodarczych. Światowe potęgi outsourcingu takie jak Indie
czy Irlandia wskazują drogę innym państwom. Polska znajduje się w czołówce rozwijających
się państw outsourcujących. Głównymi produktami są usługi IT (helpdesk, zarządzanie,
grafika), HR, usługi czystości oraz usługi ochroniarskie. Trzeba wziąć pod uwagę różne
czynniki takie jak region, polityka lokalna, zwyczaje czy też religia. Do przeprowadzenia
poprawnego wydzielenia należy dokonać skrupulatnych analiz lokalnych przedsiębiorstwa
oraz w firmie (firmom) które są proponowane dla wykonania danej czynności dla zlecającego.
Analiza ta musi zostać sprawdzona przez ekspertów w celu wyeliminowania ewentualnych
problemów, które mogą wyniknąć w trakcie wdrożenia. Należy również zadbać o
odpowiednią kontrolę po wdrożeniu outsourcingu oraz komunikację. Nie należy wybierać
outsourcingu jako tylko narzędzia do zwalniania pracowników oraz oszczędności.
Outsourcing – analysis and evaluation. On the basis of the analysis of the most important types of the outsourcing it can be concluded that they are effective as well as useful. Various mechanisms pointed to a positive effect of the outsourcing being implemented. A capital outsourcing exemplifies the case when the employees themselves create new workplaces in a given company, a contractual outsourcing, on the other hand, is an example of a phenomenon when a given functionality can be transferred on an outside contractor. What is more, the global analysis of the outsourcing shows that these economic actions continually expand and extend. The global powers of the outsourcing, such as India or Ireland, demonstrate the path to other countries. Poland is at the forefront of the developing outsourcing countries. The main products are such services as IT (helpdesk, the management, graphics), HR, cleaning and security guarding services. Several conditions must be taken into consideration when it comes to creating and functioning of this phenomenon, e.g. a region, local policy, customs or religion. In order to conduct a proper division a scrupulous analysis of local enterprises and companies, which are suggested to perform a certain service for the client, must be carried. This analysis has to be done by experts with the aim of eliminating eventual problems that may occur in the process of implementation. Furthermore, a proper control and communication must be taken care of after the process of the outsourcing is implemented. The outsourcing cannot be used just as the tool to dismiss employees and searching for the savings.
