Zarządzanie rozwojem zawodowym pracowników na przykładzie instytucji ubezpieczenia społecznego

Abstract

Zakres pracy obejmuje problematykę związaną z rolą rozwoju zawodowego w koncepcji zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi i kształtowaniem kariery w organizacji. Celem pracy jest pokazanie stosunku pracodawcy do kształtowania kariery zawodowej pracowników, a także jakie instrumenty wykorzystuje w tym zakresie. Szczególnej analizie poddano sposób prowadzenia działalności szkoleniowej, a także wykorzystanie i wdrażanie ocen pracowniczych w instytucji zabezpieczenia społecznego. Wykorzystano źródła wtórne poprzez analizę dokumentów firmy oraz źródła pierwotne pozyskane przez badania ankietowe. W badaniach podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy okresowe oceny wzmacniają awansowanie oraz jaki wpływ mają szkolenia na zaangażowanie i motywację pracowników.

The scope of the thesis includes the issues related to the role of professional development in the concept of human resource management and career shaping in the organization. The aim of the thesis is to show the ratio of employer to employee career development and what instruments are used in this area. The way of conduct of training analysis as well as the use and implementation of employee evaluation in the social security institution were analyzed in detail. The secondary sources were used through the analysis of the institution's documents and the primary sources were collected by the surveys. In the studies the attempts were made to answer the question of whether the periodic assessment strengthens the promotion and how the training affects the commitment and motivation of employees.
