Abstract:
Explaining how and why organizations change has been an important and enduring quest of scholars in management. This article presents two predominating in contemporary theory approaches to organizational change: revolutional and evolutional.
Author depicts main ideas of each, their strengths and weaknesses and how both can
extend our understanding of organizational changes
