Sytuacja na polskim rynku pracy jako zasadnicza bariera powrotu migrantów do Polski

Abstract

Tematem niniejszej pracy jest sytuacja na polskim rynku pracy jako główna bariera powrotu migrantów do Polski. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów, dwóch teoretycznych i jednego badawczego. Do badania została wykorzystania technika kwestionariusza ankiety, która za pomocą Internetu została przesłana do respondentów. Główne wnioski, jakie wysnuwają się po przeprowadzonym badaniu, to: 1. Główny motyw osób które zdecydowały sie na migrację z rodziną jest chęć podjęcia pracy i poprawy sytuacji materialnej ponieważ w kraju ojczystym posiadali status osób bezrobotnych. 2. Osoby, które decydują się na migrację pomimo tego, że pracują poniżej swoich kwalifikacji zawodowych są zadowolone ze swoich zarobków i uważają, że po wyjeździe poprawił się ich status materialny. 3. Osoby które nie czują się związane z krajem, do którego migrowały planują powrót do Polski, jednak powstrzymuje je brak perspektyw na pracę i możliwości ułożenia sobie życia w Polsce.

The subject of the thesis is the situation on the Polish labor market as the main barrier preventing migrants from returning to Poland. The thesis consist of three chapters, two theoretical and one analytical. The technique of questionnaire was used in the research. The questionnaire was send to the responders via the Internet. The main conclusions drawn from the research: 1. The crucial motive of the people who decided to migrate with the family is the will of getting a job and improving their material situation, because in the home country they were unemployed. 2. The people who decide to migrate although they work below their qualifications are content with their earnings and think that after migrating their material status improved. 3. The people who don’t feel connected with the country they migrated to, are planning to return to Poland however they are stopped by the lack of perspectives.
