Abstract

Praca magisterska została poświęcona tematyce rozwoju kompetencji pracowników poprzez wykorzystanie szkoleń. Przybliża ona proces edukacyjny osób dorosłych. Zasadnicza część pracy koncentruje się na przedstawieniu cyklu szkoleniowego oraz metod ich realizacji. W celu wydobycia najefektywniejszych technik szkoleniowych zostały przeprowadzone wnikliwe badania na wyselekcjonowanej grupie osób. Całość pracy wyjaśnia, na które elementy procesu szkoleniowego trener powinien zwrócić szczególną uwagę, aby zakończyć projekt sukcesem.

Master’s thesis was on the theme of the development of skills of employees through the use of training. It brings adult educational process. The main part of the paper focuses on the presentation of the training cycle and methods to achieve them. In order to extract the most effective training techniques were conducted thorough research on a selected group of people. All work that explains the elements of the training process trainer should pay special attention to complete a project successfully.
