Niniejsza praca porusza problematykę wpływu stylu kierowania w realizacji polityki personalnej organizacji. W opracowaniu zdefiniowano podstawowe terminy związane z omawianym problemem. Przybliżono charakterystykę stylów zarządzania oraz odniesiono się do procesów personalnych zachodzących w organizacji. Przeprowadzono analizę specyfiki kierowania zasobami ludzkimi oraz scharakteryzowano rolę, jaką pełni kierownik w tym procesie. Scharakteryzowano metody i techniki zarządzania kadrą pracowniczą a także opisano cechy efektywnego kierownika. W odniesieniu do polityki personalnej przybliżono funkcje i zasady zarządzania zasobem ludzkim, a także opisano współczesne strategie personalne. Zasadniczym celem niniejszej pracy była identyfikacja, jaki wpływ na realizację polityki personalnej ma prezentowany przez kierowników styl zarządzania. W pracy skupiono się przede wszystkim na zdiagnozowaniu czy sposób zachowania i postawa reprezentowana przez przełożonego spotyka się z aprobatą wśród podwładnych pracowników. Umożliwi to poznanie stopnia oddziaływania przełożonych na pracowników, a tym samym ukaże efektywność określonego stylu kierowania. W celu rozwiązania problemu badawczego sformułowano hipotezę główną oraz trzy hipotezy szczegółowe. Zbadanie stopnia wpływu stylu zarządzania na realizację polityki personalnej nastąpiło w oparciu o sondaż diagnostyczny przeprowadzony na 36 osobowej grupie pracowników firmy „Furina” ze Starego Sącza. Weryfikacja tez badawczych umożliwiła identyfikację obecnego w organizacji stylu kierowania oraz weryfikację czy postawa i zachowanie kierownika wpływają na zaangażowanie pracowników. Przeprowadzone badania i weryfikacja przyjętych hipotez wskazały, iż w charakteryzowanej jednostce kierownicy, poprzez reprezentowany styl zarządzania oraz osobistą postawę, pozytywnie wpływają na realizację polityki personalnej w organizacji.
The following thesis touches upon the topic of the influence of the management style in the implementation of a human resources policy in a company. In this paper the basic terminology connected with the discussed topic has been explained. Firstly, the characteristics of different management styles were described and a reference was made to the personal processes taking place within an organization. Secondly, an analysis of the specifics of the human resources management and the role of the manager in this process were described. Afterwards, the methods and techniques of the personnel management were characterized with emphasis put on the features of an effective manager. Finally, in reference to the human resources policy the functions and rules governing and the modern strategies used in HR were described. The main goal of the thesis is to identify the level of the influence of the supervisors’ management style on the implementation of the personnel policy. The special focus was put on the establishing whether the behaviour and the attitude of the supervisor meets the approval of the employees. This will allow to determine the level of the impact of the supervisor on the employees, as well as measure the effectiveness of the management style. In order to respond to the question stated in the thesis a main hypothesis and three detailed hypotheses were constructed. The level of the influence of the managing style on the personnel policy of a company was researched on the basis of the data gathered through a survey carried among the 35 employees of the "Furina" company based in the Stary Sącz city. The verification of the formulated theses allowed to identify the company's managing style and to determine whether the attitude and the behaviour of the supervisor have influence on the commitment of the employees. The carried survey and further verification of the data proved, that in the researched organization, the represented managing style and the attitude of the supervisor have a positive impact on the implementation of the personnel policy.
