Abstract

Style działania a ich zależność od struktury osobowości są zagadnieniami, które obecnie budzą zainteresowanie coraz to większej liczby badaczy. W związku z tym moja praca ma na celu znalezienie odpowiedzi na pytanie: czy istnieje zależność pomiędzy stylem działania, a określoną strukturą charakteru i temperamentu? W tym celu sformułowałem następujące hipotezy: (H1) Orientacja na współdziałanie pozytywnie koreluje ze wzrostem nasilenia cech charakteru; (H2) Orientacja na współdziałanie jest współzmienna ze wzrostem samokontroli jako cechy charakteru; (H3) Orientacja na zabezpieczanie siebie jest współ-zmienna ze wzrostem nasilenia ekspresji cech temperamentu. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone na grupie 120 studentów (60 kobiet i 60 mężczyzn) w wieku 19-27 lat. W badaniu wykorzystano następujące metody: Kwestionariusz Stylów Działania (KSD) Z. Uchnasta oraz Kwestionariusz Temperamentu i Charakteru (TCI) Roberta C. Cloningera. Uzyskane wyniki potwierdziły w pełni drugą hipotezę, a częściowo dwie pozostałe hipotezy.

Action Styles and their dependence on the structure of personality are the issues that are currently generating interest in an increasing number of researchers. Therefore, my job is to find an answer to the question: is there a relationship between the styles of action and defined the structure of the character and temperament? For this purpose, the following hypothesis are formulated: (H1) The orientation to cooperate is positively correlated with higher level of features of the character; (H2) The orientation to cooperate is positively correlated with the self-control as the features of the character; (H3) The orientation to self - defense is positively correlated with higher level of features of the temperament. The study was conducted on a group of 120 students (60 women and 60 men) aged 19-27 years. The study used the following psychological instruments: Action Style Questionnaire (KSD) of Z. Uchnast and The Temperament and Character (TCI) of C. Robert Cloninger. The results confirmed plainly the second hypothesis, and partially two others hypothesis.
