Do uporządkowania danych z tych źródeł i sformułowania wniosków wykorzystano metody analizy strategicznej, a mianowicie analizę otoczenia bliższego, analizę PEST i analizę interesariuszy. Spośród interesariuszy PAH największą siłę wpływu mają dostawcy i klienci.
The aim of the thesis was to analyze the interdependencies between environment and strategic goals of the organization and to diagnose the impact of the environment on the goals of the Polish Humanitarian Action (PHA) in the years 2010-2014 as well as to formulate recommendations as to development of mission and goals of this organization. The research was based on the secondary sources including reports and PAH website. The major method was analysis of secondary data. For the purpose of structuring and processing the data, the three methods of strategic analysis were adopted, namely the analysis of the organization microenvironment, PEST method, and stakeholder analysis. Among the PAH stakeholders, the major power of influence is held by suppliers and customers. In the microenvironment, socio-cultural and demographic factors demonstrate the highest impact. Other groups of factors represent the average power of influence. The mission and goals of PAH do not reflect the influence of highest impact stakeholders and factors. Considering this, it is recommended that new goals are formulated to stress the importance of those major players and factors. Suppliers, as sponsors and donors, are specifically undervalued group of stakeholders. The new goals should stress the importance of the existing suppliers as well as they should aim at attracting the new ones.
