stawia przed nim organizacja. Wynagrodzenie jest jednym z głównych celów podejmowania
pracy zawodowej, trwania przy niej i polepszania jej efektów.
Celem moich badań jest ocena motywacyjnych aspektów wynagradzania
pracowników w Sądzie Rejonowym w Gorlicach, jak też zweryfikowanie hipotezy - „W
zarządzaniu wynagrodzeniami w jednostce podstawowej – Sądzie Rejonowym w Gorlicach
nie uwzględnia się zasad motywowania poprzez wynagrodzenia''. Analiza została
przeprowadzona w oparciu o badanie resortowych dokumentów – zewnętrznych i
Rejonowego w Gorlicach, będzie modyfikacja tego systemu poprzez powiązanie go z
okresową oceną pracy i oceną kompetencji pracownika, jak też z wartościowaniem stanowisk pracy. W efekcie znajdzie to odzwierciedlenie we wzroście motywacji i zaangażowaniu
pracowników.
In today's world employees are the most valuable asset of any organization; therefore,
they need to be systematically developed and inspired by the skilful introduction of the
appropriate incentive schemes. Compensation serves as a motivational point of this feature
and is the integration of the employee and employer's interests. Employee derives benefits
which are valuable to him in exchange for carrying out the tasks posed by the organization.
The salary is one of the main purposes of making work, adhering to it and improving its
effects.
The goal of my research is to assess the incentive role of the payment of employees of
the District Court in Gorlice as well as to verify the hypothesis – ”The management of the
salaries in the base unit – the District Court in Gorlice does not take into account the
principles of motivation through salary”. The analysis was based on a study of departmental
documents - internal and external legal acts and compared their contents with the principles of
effective motivation through the salaries reported in the literature.
The result of this study is a positive verification of the assumed hypothesis and stating
that the principles of motivation through salary reported in the literature do not reflect the
analysed documents of this organization.
The solution for the future in the system of compensation of employees of the District
Court in Gorlice would be the modification of the system by linking it with the periodic
assessment of work and employee competence as well as with the job evaluation scheme. As
a result this will be reflected in increased motivation and involvement of the employees.
