Aktywne formy przeciwdziałania bezrobociu w Nowym Sączu w latach 2003-2009

Abstract

Niniejsza praca przedstawia formy aktywnego przeciwdziałania bezrobociu w Nowym Sączu w latach 2003-2009. Pierwsza część pracy poświęcona została opisaniu podstawowych zagadnień dotyczących rynku pracy oraz jego elementów składowych, a także scharakteryzowaniu istoty bezrobocia. W dalszej części pracy przedstawiono system pomocy bezrobotnym w Polsce, omówiono Fundusze Celowe. Przedstawiono ogólną charakterystykę aktywnych form walki z bezrobociem, opierając się w głównej mierze na ustawach, co stanowi wprowadzenie do analitycznej części pracy. W rozdziale trzecim ukazano ogólne dane statystyczne, odnoszące się zarówno do całego rynku pracy województwa małopolskiego, jak i do samego miasta Nowego Sącza. W ostatniej części pracy przedstawiono wysokość nakładów poniesionych na konkretne programy walki z bezrobociem oraz podjęto próbę oceny ich efektywności. Dane liczbowe przedstawione w pracy pochodzą z materiałów pozyskanych z Urzędu Pracy w Nowym Sączu, jak i danych opublikowanych przez Główny Urząd Statystyczny.

This work presents forms of the active counteraction for unemployment in Nowy Sącz in 2003-2009. The first part of the work is dedicated to the description of the essential issues concerning the labour market and its constituents, as well as characterizing the essence of the unemployment itself. In the next part of the work the aid scheme for the unemployed in Poland was described as well as the appropriated funds were discussed. Basing on the legal acts, an overall description of active forms of the fight against the unemployment was described, and it constituted an introduction to the consecutive analytical part of the work. In the third chapter the statistical data was portrayed in relation to both the entire labour market of the Lesser Poland province as well as to the town Nowy Sącz itself. In the last part the work the amount of the incurred expenditure on specific programs of the fight against the unemployment was described and an attempt of the evaluation of their effectiveness was made. Described figures used in the work come from the materials obtained from the employment office in Nowy Sącz as well as data published by the Central Statistical Office.
