Abstract:
The development of positive and permanent relations between enterprises
participating in the distribution channels of building materials points at the
voluntary cooperation and mutual agreements between the interested entities
concerning the market behavior leading to the accomplishment of individual
aims. The results of suppliers depend on the behavior of purchasers and vice
versa, the behavior of suppliers influences the results of the purchasers of
building materials. In addition, the success of the whole distribution channel
of particular building materials depends on the sum of benefits offered to the
ultimate customer. For the cooperation between the enterprises in distribution
channels to exist and develop, these entities must reach an agreement on their
mutual problems and they must cooperate on accomplishing their aims.
