Badania zachowań klientów pozwalają poznać proces decyzyjny klienta odnośnie wyboru usługi lub produktu. Zrozumienie potrzeb i zachowań klienta pozwala wyjść naprzeciw jego oczekiwaniom, lepiej dopasować ofertę i sposoby komunikacji, co w efekcie będzie skutkować zwiększeniem sprzedaży. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone w dwóch punktach obsługi klienta CYFRY +, przy ulicy Jagiellońskiej oraz ulicy Węgierskiej (Galeria Sandecja) w Nowym Sączu, w miesiącu grudniu 2011 roku. Zgodę na przeprowadzenie badań uzyskano od właściciela punktów sprzedaży pana Leszka Staszaka. Podmiotem badania byli klienci salonów Cyfry+, którzy podpisali umowę o abonament, są przedstawicielami gospodarstw domowych, i którzy ostatecznie podejmują decyzję o zakupie. Badanie przeprowadzono za pomocą ankiety, na stu klientach, z czego, 51% to kobiety, a 49% mężczyźni. Wyniki wykazały, iż czynnikiem, który według ankietowanych, w największym stopniu zachęcił ich do skorzystania z oferty CYFRY+ była cena (53%) oraz różnorodność oferty programowej (38%). Spośród respondentów, którzy przed przyjściem do punktu obsługi klienta poszukiwali informacji o ofertach platform cyfrowych, najpopularniejszym źródłem był Internet (62%), rodzina (49%) oraz ulotki reklamowe (49%) dostępne w punktach sprzedaży. Wśród osób, które najczęściej pomagały w wyborze oferty CYFRY+, byli pracownicy punktów obsługi (40%) i partnerzy życiowi (21%). 42% respondentek wskazało partnera, jako tę osobę, która ostatecznie podejmuje decyzję o wyborze oferty platformy cyfrowej, natomiast 35% badanych wskazało na partnerkę.
The market researches of the customers’ behaviour allow to get to know the decisive process of a customer due to the choice of the service or a product. Understanding of the needs and behaviour of the customers unables meeting their expectations, matches both the offer and the way of communication in order to increase the sale. The research was conducted in two of the CYFRA + customer service departments situated on Jagiellońska Street and Węgierska Street (in Sandecja Shopping Centre) in Nowy Sącz, in December 2011. The agreement to conduct the researches was given by Leszek Staszak, who is the owner of the sales points. The subject of the research were the customers of the Cyfra+ saloons, who had signed the contracts on the license, they are representatives of their households, and who make final decision to buy the product. The research was conducted with a use of the survey, amongst 100 customers, of whom 51% are women, and the remaing 49% are men. The results have proved that according to the surveyed the most deciding factor for using the offer was the price (53%) and the variety of the programme offer (38%). For the respondents, who came to the customer service department after searching information about digital platform offers, the most popular source was the Internet (62%), their family (49%) and the brochures available at the sales departments. Amongst the people, who helped to choose the Cyfra + offer , the most frequently, were employees of the customer service department (40%) and life partners (21%). 42% of the respondents pointed at their male partner, as the one who makes a final decision about choosing from digital platform offers, at the same time 35% pointed at their female partner.
