W niniejszej pracy licencjackiej pt. „Innowacje i zarządzanie innowacjami na przykładzie firmy Cisco Systems Inc.”, zostały przeprowadzone badania mające na celu zidentyfikowania istoty sukcesu badanej firmy. Założone hipotezy były badane przy użyciu dostępnych informacji zawartych w literaturze i Internecie. Wnioski z przeprowadzonych badań potwierdzają założone hipotezy. W Firmie Cisco Systems Inc., głównymi czynnikami sukcesu firmy są innowacje produktowe i organizacyjne, które są podstawą działalności firmy. Wysoka innowacyjność firmy była możliwa dzięki kultywowaniu odpowiedniej kultury organizacyjnej, w której kluczową rolę odgrywają liderzy w firmie.
In this thesis “Innovations and innovation management on the basis of Cisco Systems, Inc.” research was made to identify the nature of the success of the analysed company. The hypotheses were tested using the available information in the literature and on the Internet. The results of these studies support the established hypothesis. At Cisco Systems Inc., the main factors of the success are mainly product innovation and organization innovation that are the foundation of your business. The high innovation of the company was possible by appropriate organizational culture, in which the leaders play a key role in the company.
